Well my naughty husband stayed at the pub having a farewell drink with some colleagues and came home late and I ended up taking the children with me to see the Cambridge Diet lady for my weigh-in and to purchase some more shakes.

I've done this diet a few times and it really does work to get it off if you stick to it but (imo) does nothing to change your bad eating habits and the weight eventually comes back on if you revert to your naughty eating habits. Ia....
